Managing Director / CEO

As the Managing Director and CEO of Solence Energy, I am responsible for shaping our overall strategy, overseeing planning, and managing business operations.

I serve as a core steering committee member for Solence Energy’s current and future projects in South Africa, Zambia, Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Turkey.

Additionally, I act as the primary point of contact for investors, key clients, and international stakeholders.

Director Project Development & Implementation

I manage all aspects of project development, including preparations, strategic planning, and governmental relations. I oversee staff and team management, ensure efficient plant and site operations, and coordinate on-site supplier and partner activities.

Additionally, I serve as the lead coordinator throughout the development and implementation phases, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project goals.

Director Business Creation & Supplier/Partner selection & management

I oversee supplier and partner selection and management, coordinate new business initiatives, and drive business development across the entire solar ecosystem.

Director PMO & Project Management

I lead our Marketing & Sales initiatives, oversee and manage all ongoing Solence Energy projects, and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, I handle project management across multiple business initiatives, guiding them from planning to execution while ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability in all aspects of our work.
